Instructor and Secretary — Ron LaPedis

Ron teaches firearms classes under the auspices of the NRA, NSSF, and USCCA. He is a POST-certified Red Dot and CCW instructor, a California DOJ certified firearms and CCW instructor, life member of the NRA, member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA), and writes for Police1.com.

 

He enjoys assembling and tweaking firearms and consults on active shooter response for organizations wishing to harden their facilities and train their employees. His NRA instructor certifications include Basic Pistol / Rifle / Shotgun and Chief Range Safety Officer. He’s been a Bayprofs instructor since 2020 and club secretary since 2025.
